Refund policy

At Prnt Rdy, all of our products are handmade and personalised to your specifications. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or personal preferences.

We take pride in the care and craftsmanship of each product, and all items undergo strict quality checks to ensure the highest standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Adjustments and Cancellations

Due to the quick turnaround time of our handcrafted products, we cannot make changes to your order once production has started. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations cannot be processed if production has already begun.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to provide a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following information:

• Your order number
• The product name
• Photos of the defect or damage

Once we assess the issue, we will arrange a replacement if necessary.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for any major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards.
