Handling Times
Order processing takes 2-3 business days. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we appreciate your patience as we carefully create and ship your order. During busy periods, such as holidays or promotions, additional processing time may be required.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Options
For Australian Orders:
- Standard Shipping: $10.95, delivered within 2-6 business days after production
- Express Shipping: $14.45, delivered within 1-3 business days after production
For New Zealand Orders:
- Standard Shipping: $15.90, delivered within 4-7 business days after production
- Express Shipping: $30.90, delivered within 2-5 business days after production
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you need to change your shipping method or correct your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Shipping is processed through Australia Post.
Delivery Information and Responsibilities
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping providers or customs
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Damage caused by the postal service
- Issues with PO Boxes
- Stolen packages after delivery
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@prntrdy.com, and we will assist you accordingly.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear. If you don’t receive your shipping confirmation, check your spam folder or reach out to us for help.
